Weekly limit calculator
Estimate whether your Codex or Claude weekly usage limit will last until the next reset, based on how you're using it right now. Every input and calculation runs in your own browser — there's no submit button, and nothing is sent to this site or anywhere else.
Without JavaScript, work it out by hand: let U% be used so far, H hours remain until reset, and R% is your daily usage rate (average pace: R = U ÷ (hours elapsed so far ÷ 24); custom pace: R is whatever you enter). Remaining allowance = 100 − U. The allowance lasts (100 − U) ÷ R more days. If that number of days × 24 hours is less than H, it'll run out before the reset; otherwise, at reset time you'd have about 100 − U − R × (H ÷ 24) % left. To make it to the reset, keep daily usage at or below (100 − U) ÷ (H ÷ 24) % per day.
Use whatever your own account shows for the actual reset time — this tool has no way to know your account's real limit or reset time, only what you type in above. As of the current apps: Codex's CLI shows remaining usage and reset time via the /status command; Claude shows usage under claude.ai's Settings > Usage page, or via the /usage command in Claude Code (check the app itself, since UI details can move). A week here is always fixed at 7×24=168 hours.

Frequently asked questions
Where does this calculator send my data?
Nowhere — every input and calculation runs entirely in your own browser. There's no submit button and nothing is sent to this site or anywhere else.
Which time should I use for 'time until reset'?
Use whatever your own account shows, not a number from this site: Codex's CLI reports remaining usage and reset time via the `/status` command, and Claude shows usage under claude.ai's Settings > Usage page, or via the `/usage` command in Claude Code (check the current app for the exact location, since UI details can move). This tool has no way to know your account's actual limit or reset time.
What's the difference between 'average pace this week' and 'my own daily usage'?
'Average pace this week' takes the percentage you've used so far and divides by how much of the week has already elapsed, to back into an average daily rate. If you know a specific day was unusually heavy or light, switch to 'my own daily usage' and enter a number that better reflects the pace you actually expect going forward.
